CHESTER MARINA – Chester CT

The adjacent Chester Point Marina is also served by a 12,000 sq ft and 20,000 sq ft storage facilities with multiple 42′ hydraulic doors that serve as the largest yacht storge on the CT shoreline. These pre-engineered metal buildings were also designed and built by PCM and sit upon hundreds of timber piles and were designed with various pile cap engineering as per the in-depth geotechnical analysis.
