TUNXIS COMMUNITY COLLEGE – FARMINGTON, CT

Pelletier Construction Management partnered with Connecticut State Colleges & Universities on another exciting project. This time, we assisted the team at Tunxis Community College with outfitting an abandoned manufacturing facility into a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing education facility. Included in our scope of work was construction of bathrooms, classrooms, conference spaces, including new HVAC systems & associated sheet-metal package, electrical and data upgrades, design/build sprinkler system, etc. Also included was major exterior renos, including tree removal, sidewalk replacements, main step replacement, building painting, etc. PCM is excited to have our hand in the future of CT’s trades industry.
