Vernon Senior Center – Vernon, CT

PCM recently completed foundational and site preparation work for the Vernon Senior Center Expansion project in Vernon, Connecticut. The scope of work included excavation, grading, and surface preparation for the new facility, along with the installation of electrical and water systems both inside and outside the building.

Our team also constructed new bathrooms and a mechanical room within the expanded area to support the building’s operations. The new metal structure was successfully installed, and finishing work is underway on sidewalks, parking areas, and landscaping to complete the site.

This project enhances the existing Senior Center by providing additional space and modern infrastructure to better serve the Vernon community. PCM is proud to contribute to the continued growth and improvement of this vital local resource.
