Essex Court is a moderate price control housing development in Essex, CT. Extensive renovations to all 29 units as well as an addition to the club house and full renovation was completed while under full occupancy. New standby power for the entire development was installed. The project is owned by the town of Essex and was funded in part by CHFA.
